2021年1月16日,由羊城晚報教育發(fā)展研究院主辦的“教育領航者同學會暨2020年度教育領航單位頒獎儀式”在廣州羊城創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園隆重舉行。我校榮獲羊城晚報“2020年度教育領航者單位綜合實力獎”。楊琳琳校長榮獲“教育領航者”稱號。

On January 16, 2021, the "Education Leader Alumni Association and 2020 Annual Education Leader Award Ceremony" hosted by the Education Development Research Institute of Yangcheng Evening News was grandly held in Guangzhou Yangcheng Creative Industry Park. NAS Guangzhou, Panyu was awarded "2020 education leader unit" and our National Principal Ms. Linlin Yang, was given the title of “2019 Education Leader of the Year”.



我校中方校長楊琳琳女士受邀出席校長論壇,針對破“五唯”,立“五育” —— 聚焦交易評價改革這一話題發(fā)表自己的見解。

Our National Principal Ms. Linlin Yang was invited to attend the award ceremony and expressed her views on Breaking the "Five Only" and Establishing the "five Education" -- Focusing on the reform of transaction evaluation.



“改變現(xiàn)有教育評價的環(huán)境,才能真正聚焦學生整個人的評價”。楊琳琳校長指出,千年前的大文豪蘇軾前瞻性地寫下過這樣的詩句”人生識字憂患始”。為何憂患?因為要開始面臨“五唯”這樣的評價機制。我們每個人成長過程中都經(jīng)歷過這樣的情景,每次考試后,老師會對你說的話是:“某某同學,你這次考差了,誰誰跑到你前面去了,你看看你的排名,上次是第五,這次是第十了!或者說某某同學,你不學習,誰誰在家瘋狂學習,他就等著對你彎道超越呢!”


這正是唯分數(shù)論的評價造成的,這些話語會對孩子們造成非常不好地暗示,那就是由于我的失敗讓別人將我的位置搶走了。每個人在這個社會都有一種找位置的欲望,如果找位置的方式是通過自己的人生去不停的“卷”別人的人生,這是一件很可怕的事情。很多時候我們不能接受社會定義的失敗,尤其不能接受來自同齡人的淘汰。而當所有人都只朝著那個統(tǒng)一的標準去奔跑,所有人的人生就變成了一場“內(nèi)卷”。


Ms. Linlin Yang points that only by changing the current educational evaluation environment can we truly focus on the evaluation of students as a whole.One thousand years ago, Su Shi, a great writer, wrote such a forward-looking poem: "Life begins with literacy and anxiety." Why? Because to begin to face the "five only" such evaluation mechanism. Every one of us has experienced such a situation growing up.Every time after finish the exam, the teacher would say something like "You didn't behave well this time. Someone did a better job than you. Just take a look at you rank. You got the fifth last time but this time you got the tenth one." Or he/she would say "Some students studied so hard at home, waiting for you to surpass. But you never study hard".


It is the point-only comments come in, and it sends a negative message to children that someone else has taken my place because of failure.Everyone has a desire to find a position in this society, if the way to find a position is to constantly scroll other people's life through their own life, this is a very terrible thing. We can’t accept the social definition of failure, especially can’t accept the elimination of peers in many cases. When all people are only running towards the same standard, their life will become a "scroll".



為了避免陷入這種“內(nèi)卷”戰(zhàn)爭,我們更需要做的是將教育的客體從孩子變成環(huán)境,我們急需教育的目標對象是這個擁有根深蒂固教育評價觀念的環(huán)境。一直將教育工作者比做園丁,而要做一個真正的園丁,我們的關注點一定不在于這株花,同時也應關注空氣、土壤、養(yǎng)料和水分,只有營造了環(huán)境,才能讓這株花——我們的孩子在其中自由生長,而讓這種可能性成為常態(tài),正是教育最美的地方,才有可能讓每個孩子都能長成自己喜歡的樣子。


所以當我們的教育評價變得真正立體,真正將縱向學習的全過程與橫向發(fā)展的全要素整合起來,我們周邊的環(huán)境也要學會尊重每個孩子人格的完整性、表現(xiàn)的日常性、成長的動態(tài)性和發(fā)展的差異性,而不是用固化的評價標準去剝奪孩子選擇喜歡的權利。只有改變現(xiàn)有教育評價的環(huán)境,才能真正聚焦學生整個人的評價,才能促進人的幸福生存和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Therefore, in order to avoid falling into this kind of "inner scroll" war, what we need to do is to change the object of education from children to the environment. The object of education we need urgently is the environment which has a deep-rooted concept of education evaluation. Has been the education workers to the gardener, and want to do a real gardener, our focus must be is not in the flower, also should pay attention to air, soil, nutrients and moisture, only build the environment, to make the flower - in which our children grow, and let the possibility to become the norm, it is the most beautiful places in the education, has it been possible to let every child can grow up like their favorite.


So when we become real stereo of education evaluation, the real process of learning of will and the transverse development of all elements together, our surrounding environment and to learn to respect the integrity of each child personality, performance daily, the dynamics of growth and development of the diversity, rather than curing the evaluation standard to deprive children the right to choose love. Only by changing the current environment of education evaluation can we focus on the evaluation of students as a whole and promote their happy existence and sustainable development.



耶魯大學校長說過,“真正的教育,是自由的精神,公民的責任,遠大的志向,是批判性的獨立思考,時時刻刻的自我覺知,終身學習的基礎,獲得幸福的能力?!?


而我們希望通過建立多維、立體評價機制給孩子們一個自由發(fā)展的空間,更好的挖掘他們潛在的能力,更好追求自己所熱愛的,有源源不斷的動力去發(fā)展、完善自己,促進他們更加全面發(fā)展。


The President of Yale University once said, "Real education is the spirit of freedom, the duty of citizenship, the ambition of ambition, critical independent thinking, constant self-awareness, the foundation of lifelong learning, and the ability to attain happiness."


We hope that through the establishment of a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional evaluation mechanism to give children a free development space, better tap their potential ability, better pursue their own love, have a steady stream of power to develop, improve themselves, promote their more comprehensive development.
