孩子們的游泳課終于開課啦!

新的一周，又有新的樂趣。本周孩子們迎來的了嶄新的游泳館，孩子們的游泳課終于開課啦!

This new week has new fun. The children ushered in a brand new swimming pool this week, and the children’s swimming class finally started!

作為素質(zhì)拓展課，幼兒園小學(xué)初中三個(gè)學(xué)部，每周都安排1-2節(jié)游泳課。孩子們穿著廣州斐特思公學(xué)專用游泳裝，跟著老師慢慢熟悉水性。

As an enrichment course, the three faculties of EY, Primary and Middle School will be arranged 1-2 swimming lessons every week. The children wore FCG swimming suits , and followed the teacher to get familiar with water.

以幼兒園小朋友為例，這個(gè)年齡段的孩子很多還沒有接觸過系統(tǒng)的游泳，甚至有些孩子會(huì)天生的或之前經(jīng)歷過嗆水等危險(xiǎn)而自然地產(chǎn)生對水的恐懼。老師要做的就是讓孩子們慢慢的了解水，和水做朋友。

Take EY children as an example. Many children of this age have not yet been exposed to systematic swimming, and even some children are born naturally fear water or have experienced water choking and other dangers. Therefore, children get familiar with water firstly.

幼兒園孩子們的第一堂游泳課由袁老師來進(jìn)行教學(xué)，其他教輔老師們在一旁看護(hù)，充分保障孩子們的安全。袁老師先讓孩子們排排站好，做下水前的熱身運(yùn)動(dòng)。熟悉水性先從踏水開始，孩子們把雙腳放入水中快速的拍打，與水建立最初步的連接。身體已經(jīng)充分適應(yīng)水的溫度，孩子們下水。袁老師給稍微害怕一些的孩子們穿好救生衣，讓孩子們在水中自由活動(dòng)。可以看到孩子們都很開心自在的與水交流，可以說第一堂游泳課是很成功的

The first swimming lesson of EY children was taught by Teacher Yuan, and other teachers were guarding the children's safety. Teacher Yuan first asked the children to stand in line and do warm-up exercises before entering the water. Being familiar with water starts from stepping on the water. Children put their feet in the water and patted quickly to establish the initial connection with water. When the body has fully adapted to the temperature of the water, the children enter to the water. Teacher Yuan put life jackets on children who are scared and allows them to move freely in the water. It can be said that the first swimming lesson was very successful.
