我現(xiàn)在大部分時(shí)間都在初中部進(jìn)行教學(xué)，我能夠看到同學(xué)們心中的喜悅。我負(fù)責(zé)初中部的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，同學(xué)們已經(jīng)真正適應(yīng)了常規(guī)課程以及班級(jí)的變化。

As I currently spend most of my time up on the Junior High floor, I’ve been able to witness the joy in the hearts of these students. I get to teach them all English and they are all really settling into the routines of the classes and the class changes. The workloads will be increasing as the month progresses and it is important that students get themselves ready.

我現(xiàn)在大部分時(shí)間都在初中部進(jìn)行教學(xué)，我能夠看到同學(xué)們心中的喜悅。我負(fù)責(zé)初中部的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，同學(xué)們已經(jīng)真正適應(yīng)了常規(guī)課程以及班級(jí)的變化。隨著時(shí)間的推進(jìn)，學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)量會(huì)增加，所以同學(xué)們做好充分準(zhǔn)備迎接挑戰(zhàn)非常重要。

I want to thank the parents for their support in getting the students the proper uniforms. The Junior High hallway and classrooms are looking “really smart” as students are wearing their formal uniforms now. They are respectful to their peers and their teachers, and the entire hallway looks great.

感謝各位家長(zhǎng)支持學(xué)校的校服政策。初中的走廊和教室看起來(lái)整齊了不少，同學(xué)們都穿上了正式的校服。他們尊重自己的同齡人和老師，走廊的氛圍變得特別棒。

My English students have been able to visit the Idea Lab over the past week, and use the space there to create projects in support of their English curriculum. I have had students practice their English speaking in class as they presented their projects orally, while some recorded their voices inside of their projects. Presenting orally to their peers is a great way to get the practice needed for their future courses in High School, University and in their careers. It increases their confidence in using the language in an academic setting.

英語(yǔ)課的同學(xué)們?cè)谶@周前往創(chuàng)客空間，根據(jù)英語(yǔ)課程要求進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)。我會(huì)讓學(xué)生在課堂上進(jìn)行口頭展示，練習(xí)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)，而有些同學(xué)則在項(xiàng)目中提前進(jìn)行臺(tái)詞錄制。在同齡人面前做口頭演講是一種很好的練習(xí)方式，為他們將來(lái)在高中、大學(xué)和職業(yè)生涯中的課程做準(zhǔn)備，也增加他們?cè)趯W(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境中使用語(yǔ)言的信心。
