深圳（南山）中加學(xué)校成功舉辦第9屆反欺凌教育周

老師們對(duì)自己的關(guān)愛是非常重要的。只有每位成員都強(qiáng)健起來，中加學(xué)校這個(gè)大的集體才能夠同樣強(qiáng)健，并且照顧好自己才可以為所有人提供一個(gè)更安全的社區(qū)。

Shenzhen (Nanshan) Concord College of Sino-Canada (SCCSC)’s 9th Annual Bullying Awareness Week (BAW) took place this year from June 14 to 19, 2020. The theme was "Safe Community” and the slogan was "Together We Stand Stronger." Our goal is to increase awareness aboutschool bullying and highlight the need for people to come together and not be isolated. A tolerant and united community is safer for all.

深圳(南山)中加學(xué)校于2020年6月14日至19日舉辦了第九屆反欺凌教育周活動(dòng)。今年反欺凌教育周活動(dòng)的主題是“安全的社區(qū)”，口號(hào)是“眾志成城”。我們旨在通過此次活動(dòng)提升全校師生反對(duì)校園欺凌的意識(shí)和強(qiáng)調(diào)我們的社區(qū)需要團(tuán)結(jié)一致，而不是相互孤立。一個(gè)包容和團(tuán)結(jié)的社區(qū)對(duì)于所有人都是更安全的。

During the online learning time, students had already participated in grade 10 Chinese essay competition, grade 11 bullying prevention English activities, and grade 12 online forum about Upstanders. Class meetings have also been held about creating a safer campus. Anonymous bullying prevention surveys were given to students and staff.

在網(wǎng)絡(luò)授課階段，同學(xué)們已經(jīng)參與了各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)，例如高一年級(jí)語(yǔ)文作文比賽，高二年級(jí)欺凌預(yù)防英文活動(dòng)，高三年級(jí)關(guān)于仗義執(zhí)言者的在線論壇。各個(gè)班級(jí)也都紛紛展開了以“讓中加變成更安全的校園”為主題的班會(huì)。此外，個(gè)人發(fā)展中心還面向全校師生發(fā)放了欺凌預(yù)防調(diào)查問卷。

On Sunday evening, during class meetings, BAW introduction videos were played that had been produced and recorded by our Peer Buddies (grade 12 students trained in mental health and mentoring by the PDC).

星期日晚，各班利用班會(huì)時(shí)間播放了伙伴系統(tǒng)成員(他們是一批高三年級(jí)的學(xué)生，經(jīng)過個(gè)人發(fā)展中心在心理健康方面的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)，本年度被安排至高一年級(jí)各班擔(dān)任同輩輔導(dǎo)員)提前錄制的反欺凌教育周宣傳視頻。

Monday wasGet Educated Day. The opening announcement took place and students,Gao An Annie and Wang Jinlin Chris, announced the schedule for the week. During both lunchtime and afternoon time, PDC staff and BIP committee members sold BAW merchandise, presented information, and helped students with a Ribbons of Connection board, on which they wrote ideas that they could do to connect with others.

星期一是教育日。早晨，高安和王錦霖同學(xué)代表個(gè)人發(fā)展中心宣布了反欺凌教育周的開幕以及整周活動(dòng)安排。在午休時(shí)間和下午放學(xué)后，個(gè)人發(fā)展中心員工和學(xué)校欺凌干預(yù)委員會(huì)學(xué)生成員一同售賣了活動(dòng)紀(jì)念品，展出教育信息，和管理幫助同學(xué)們思考如何與他人保持聯(lián)結(jié)(欺凌的對(duì)立面)的方式的“聯(lián)結(jié)彩帶”互動(dòng)攤位。

On Tuesday, Jennifer Kerns, the clinical supervisor of PDC, and PDC counselor, Zhang Xiaoxu, gave a professional development talk to SCCSC teacherswho are interested about self-care. Psychological research about resilience and self-care were presented, to highlight the importance of teachers’ own care for themselves in doing a demanding job. The SCCSC community is only as strong as its members and taking care of oneself makes for a safer community for all.

星期二，個(gè)人發(fā)展中心的臨床督導(dǎo)Jennifer和咨詢師張曉旭共同為感興趣的老師帶來了一場(chǎng)精彩的職業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)，主題為自我關(guān)愛。培訓(xùn)涉及有關(guān)心理韌性和自我關(guān)愛的心理學(xué)研究成果，來強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)于勝任教師這一份要求頗為嚴(yán)格的工作，老師們對(duì)自己的關(guān)愛是非常重要的。只有每位成員都強(qiáng)健起來，中加學(xué)校這個(gè)大的集體才能夠同樣強(qiáng)健，并且照顧好自己才可以為所有人提供一個(gè)更安全的社區(qū)。

Wednesday was Wear Pink Day. Everyone in the school was encouraged to wear pink to symbolize the spirit of standing together and supporting each other in the community.In the afternoon, teachers and students came to the football field to take this year’s group photo.Again, during lunchtime, merchandise was sold, information given, and Ribbons of Connection were displayed.

星期三是粉紅衣日。每年的粉紅衣日我們都鼓勵(lì)全校師生穿著象征著團(tuán)結(jié)一致，相互支持的粉色服飾。下午課間，很多師生自發(fā)前往足球場(chǎng)共同拍攝今年的粉紅衣大合照。同時(shí)，在粉紅衣日的午休時(shí)間，也進(jìn)行了紀(jì)念品售賣，欺凌預(yù)防信息展出，以及“聯(lián)結(jié)彩帶”活動(dòng)。

On Thursday, the movie Better Days, was played in the MFH for all students. Classes had prepared bullying prevention displays in their classrooms and on Thursday, the bulletin boards for judged for creativity and clarity of message. On Friday, awards were presented.

星期四中午，我們?cè)诙喙δ軓d播放了電影《少年的你》，希望借此警示和教育中加的每一員，讓因欺凌而引發(fā)的悲劇不要出現(xiàn)在我們的社區(qū)。此外，個(gè)人發(fā)展中心員工還在這一天針對(duì)各班反欺凌教育周主題板報(bào)進(jìn)行了評(píng)比。星期五，第九屆反欺凌教育周圓滿落幕，個(gè)人發(fā)展中心為本周所有獲獎(jiǎng)班級(jí)和個(gè)人頒發(fā)了證書和獎(jiǎng)品。

We appreciate very much all the help and support of the school community for BAW, despite this term being different to past years due to the virus. We hope that because of the unusual times, SCCSC students and staff recognized even more the importance of community and of not being isolated. Thank you for your support for BAW!
