“紙上得來終覺淺,絕知此事要躬行”,為了豐富學生的學習生活,讓學生走進自然,感受自然,在飽覽祖國錦繡河山的同時,增長知識,陶冶情操,培養(yǎng)綜合能力。12月25日至12月31日,德朗睿思國際學校學生在肖立平校長帶領下,游歷潮汕閩南,開展“凝心聚力·筑夢飛翔”為主題的社會實踐研學活動。
In order to enrich students' study and life, to enable the students to get close to the nature and feel the nature, from December 25 to December 31, under the leadership of principal Lisa Xiao, all the students from Delangruisi International School traveled in Chaoshan, Minnan and carried out a field study with the theme of "united, we dream and fly". Thanks to the great activity, students all enjoyed the splendid scenery of the motherland, increased their knowledge, cultivated their temperament, as well as developed their comprehensive abilities.

在此次潮汕閩南文化之旅中,我們絕不僅僅走馬觀花,更希望培養(yǎng)學生實地調(diào)查和研究的能力。在研學前,學校制定了詳細的研學活動方案,提前安排課程:7-8年級學習如何撰寫“日記游記”;9-11年級學習如何撰寫“社會實踐研究報告”,針對研學當?shù)氐泥l(xiāng)土風情及文化歷史背景進行輔導和介紹。同時,根據(jù)游歷景區(qū)、文化特色,指導老師給學生分配不同的研學題材:Sara小組,廈門大學;Vivian小組,泉州文化;Candy小組,云水謠古鎮(zhèn);Kevin小組,鼓浪嶼風光;John小組,潮汕文化。
這一次,目的地不再是唯一考量,必要的“主題體驗” 引領著此次的研學行程,讓德朗睿思的學生們通過各樣的主題體驗,得以逐步認識一個完整的潮汕閩南文化。
臨行前,德育處再次進行安全教育,準備工作做足、做細,確保研學活動順利開展。2019年的最后一個周末,德朗睿思的孩子們在學習與跋涉中度過。
In this tour of Chaoshan and Minnan culture, we will not only go sightseeing or experience the folk custom, we also hope to cultivate students' ability of field investigation and research. Before leaving, the school had developed a detailed plan for research activities and arranged several practical courses in advance: How to write "diary on travelling " (for grade 7-8); How to write "a social research report" (for grade 9-11); Guidance on Chaoshan and Minnan Customs; and Introduction of the Cultural and Historical Background. Meanwhile, according to different tourist destinations, different research topics were assigned to students: for instance, group led by Sara conducts research in Xia Men University; group led by Vivian researches Quan zhou culture; for Candy’s group, Yunshuiyao---an ancient town--- is supposed to be investigated; Kevin’s group will make report on Gulangyu scenery; and John’s group, Chaoshan culture. Before departure, the Moral Education Department conducted safety education again, making full and detailed preparations to ensure the smooth progression of the research activities.
This time, getting to the destination is no longer our only consideration, the expected "theme experience" leads the study trip so that the students can gradually get to know a complete culture of Chaoshan and Minnan through a variety of theme experience.

12月25日清晨,微風拂面,帶著希望和憧憬,在指導老師的陪伴下,全體學生從學校出發(fā),開啟了為期七天的研學之旅。
大約下午一點,過了南澳大橋,來到了汕頭第一站,玉蘭牛肉餐廳,品嘗“正宗潮汕牛肉火鍋宴”,所有的菜譜都是牛肉,對于遠道而來的同學們來說,真是飽了口福!遠在他鄉(xiāng)游歷,同在一桌團圓,用餐彬彬有禮,讓同學們更懂得了珍惜與友情!
In the morning of December 25th, gentle breezes on their faces, full of hope and expectation, all the students, accompanied by their teachers, set out from the school and started their seven-day study trip. At about 1 o 'clock in the afternoon, after crossing the Nan’ao bridge, we arrived at the first stop in Yulan beef restaurant, Shantou, tasting the authentic Chaoshan beef hotpot feast, which was rated as "Chinese famous snack" and was famous for the " bouncing high when dropped on the ground" beef ball. All the ingredients of the feast are beef; it was a blessing for students far away from home. The students cherished their friendship even more when they sat in the same table, sharing the delicious food!
接下來的行程滿滿,活動豐富,遠足、觀景、探險、游戲……同學們彼此關心,相互支持;在活動中學習技能,培養(yǎng)生活實踐力、問題解決力、團隊合作及領導力、自我突破力。
The following schedule was a full one: there were rich activities, such as hiking, sightseeing, venturing, games... Students cared about each other along the way and supported each other; they also learned various skills in activities which helped strengthen their life skills, problem solving ability, teamwork spirit, and leadership.

25日下午,來到被海內(nèi)外游客譽為“東方夏威夷”旅游風景區(qū)青澳灣,沙細白,水清碧,無淤泥,無駭浪,讓人流連忘返。
In the afternoon of 25th, we came to Qing’ao bay, a scenic spot known as "Oriental Hawaii" . Lingering around the bay, students just could not see enough of the fine white sand and clear water with no silt or waves.

“怪臼巖洞,億年石境”,是青嵐地質(zhì)公園古地質(zhì)遺跡的獨特景觀,同學們先進入科學館參觀,參觀了當?shù)氐刭|(zhì)地貌奇觀的介紹??吹讲煌瑤r層的圖片和標本時,不少學生聯(lián)想到自己在earth science課堂做過的實體標本和展示,更加深了對這些課程學習的興趣。進入巖洞,清澈泉水叮咚吟唱,有石皆勝跡,無洞不傳奇。走上9D玻璃橋,體驗玻璃超速滑道,步步驚心,尖叫連連。26日的活動,讓同學們在探尋天地奇觀時,對大自然充滿了贊嘆與仰慕,學會挑戰(zhàn),尋求突破!
Uncanny caves and billions of years of stones are a unique landscape of ancient geological relics of Qinglan Geopark. Students first visited the science museum to get a brief introduction of the local geological and geomorphic wonders. When seeing pictures and specimens of different rock strata, many students associated them with the physical specimens and demonstration they have seen in the earth science class, which further intrigued their interest in these courses. Exploring Into the cave, hearing the trickling from clear spring, students marveled at the legendary caves. Getting out of caves, they walked on the 9D glass bridge to experience the glass overspeed slide; cautious step by step on the glass bridge, some students screamed again and again. The activity on 26th enabled students to explore the wonders on earth; they were full of admiration for nature, learned to challenge and seek a breakthrough!
青嵐地質(zhì)公園古地質(zhì)遺跡的獨特景觀
追溯歷史,景仰文化。27日,在泉州南少林,同學們感受佛教文化的博大精深,崇善本真深植于心。倘徉于崇武古城,與聞名中外的惠安女相遇,欣賞三國人物石雕園、西游記人物石雕園、水滸英雄一百單八將,聆聽寓言故事及24孝故事。一切景語皆情語,給同學們潛移默化的教育!
To trace the history and the religious culture, we toured in south Shaolin Temple of Quanzhou on the 27th; there, the students felt the profoundness of Buddhist culture and the devotion to goodness deeply rooted in the Buddhism. Walking in the ancient city of Chongwu, students met the Hui’an women who are famous at home and abroad; viewed the stone carving statues of the characters from The Three Kingdoms, from Journey to the West, and from Water Margin (all are classic novels from china); and listened to the fable stories and the 24 stories of filial piety.

環(huán)島路依海而筑,五彩石交相輝映。28日,來到環(huán)島路,路邊“一國兩制,統(tǒng)一中國”八個大字,正對著臺灣島金門,讓我們不禁想起余光中先生的《鄉(xiāng)愁》。走進胡里山炮臺,4D水師表演和百年克虜伯炮彈,讓這群愛思考有創(chuàng)意的同學們腦洞大開,驚詫不已,紛紛合影留念。接下來,駐足廈門大學,享受靜謐與浪漫;傍晚時分,趕往老院子景區(qū),穿越時空回到閩南漁村古厝;觀看《閩南傳奇》,了解到閩南人下南洋的步步驚險。他們面對艱難險阻,不屈不撓的堅強意志深深地打動著同學們。正如同學們感嘆:“累,并快樂著!”
Paved with colorful stones, Huan Dao road was built by the sea. On the 28th, the bus took us to the road, along which the eight giant Chinese characters "one country, two systems, reunifying China" are put up opposite to kinmen, Taiwan island, reminding us of Mr. Yu guangzhong's classic poem homesickness. When Entering Hulishan fortress later, this group of students were attracted by 4D Military performance and century-old shells; students stopped to take photos with those marvelous Cannons and were reluctant to leave.
The next stop was Xiamen university. we enjoyed the tranquility and romance that belonged exclusively to a university campus; In the evening, We hurried to the old courtyard scenic spot and watched the theatrical performance "legend of Minnan", the show carried us through time and space back to the history in a Minnan fishing village: how Minnan people ventured across the ocean in order to make a living, overcoming all kinds of obstacles and challenges. Their indomitable will in the face of difficulties and dangers deeply moved the students. It was also the world's first 360° surrounding indoor stage show, the visual and audio effects were fantastic, no wonder everyone was excited and applauded even though it was after a whole day’s tiring trip.

趕碼頭,乘輪渡,29日上午,我們來到鼓浪嶼。天公不作美,淅淅瀝瀝下起了小雨,可同學們游興不減,參觀萬國建筑群、外國領事館、林巧雅大夫紀念館,自在徜徉沙灘浴場。
On 29th, we arrived at Gulangyu island in the early morning by ferry. It was raining for the whole day, but the students’ enthusiasm for a new day’s touring was not dampened at all. They visited the buildings in different architectural styles from the world, the foreign consulate, the memorial hall of doctor Lin qiaoya and they strolled on the beautiful beach of the island.

30日,本次研學活動已進入倒計時,同學們走進安靜的南靖土樓,步行云水謠古鎮(zhèn),大家在村里信步,在河邊吹風,這里有著千年歷史的客家土樓,建在沼澤地上、堅固穩(wěn)定的和貴樓;工藝精美、保護最好、雙環(huán)圓形的懷遠樓;風景秀美、古道沿溪的云水謠……無不讓同學們感受到了南靖的文化魅力和客家人的聰明才智。
On 30th, we walked into the Nanjing earth building scenic spot and visited the ancient town of Yunshuiyao, our last stop. With the village so quiet and the wind blowing to the river so gentle, students entered the marvelous earth building in Nanjing and walked in the ancient town of Yunshuiyao. Although built on the marshland, Hegui building is solid and stable for centuries; besides, dicyclic Huaiyuan building boasts the most beautiful workmanship and the best protection from the intruders; walking in the picturesque scenery and on ancient roads, students appreciated the cultural charm of Nanjing and the wisdom of the hakka people.

潮汕閩南之行已經(jīng)結束,游覽景觀,丈量古跡并不我們的全部。言其大,當我們提起時,是腦海中不斷向外翻涌的各種詞條;說其小,是同學們雙腳走過的一條古巷,雙手觸摸的一棵古樹。
潮汕閩南,值得我們深深愛,常常研,受益匪淺!
Chaoshan, Minnan tour has ended, sightseeing landscape or walking around the monuments is not all we have. When we recall the memorable trip, it is a flood of terms for scenic spots that brimmed over our mind or it is the ancient lanes we have been through and the ancient trees we touched. Chaoshan Minnan region, which tells a good story of regional rise, is worthy of our deep respect; we did benefit a lot from the trip !

以研促學,收獲成長!本次活動,讓同學們在實踐中,學會研究性學習。根據(jù)游覽線路,每天晚上,指導老師召集本組學生,按專題查找景區(qū)資料,如歷史背景、地理環(huán)境、杰出人物、景點特色、美食文化等方面,為第二天的解說或演講作好充足的準備。每個同學都不甘示弱,演講中他們聲情并茂,激情滿懷。他們不但講解了當?shù)氐娜宋牡乩砗臀幕厣疫€分別道出了潮汕人的精神,潮汕人最大的特點是知恩圖報,他們經(jīng)常帶著一顆感恩的心去做事,用他們的智慧去廣交朋友,迎來生意的興隆,事業(yè)的發(fā)達,名人比比皆是。閩南人和客家最大的特點是勤儉持家,吃苦耐勞,夾縫生存,求學上進,努力拼搏,從不認輸?shù)木?,他們用自己的智慧走遍世界的各個角落,涌現(xiàn)出大批名人志士。泉州人海納百,博大精深的包容之心也深深地打動著我們。站在廈門大學,孩子們對大學生活充滿了遐想。站在海邊眺望金門島,孩子們都盼望著祖國統(tǒng)一的那一天。在游覽中研學,培養(yǎng)了同學們積極主動、研究思考、探索求知的能力!
The field study motivates students to learn and they did harvest a lot from the trip! This activity taught students to do research in practice. Every evening, the teacher in charge of a group would ask the students to search the information concerning the next scenic spot, such as historical background, geographical environment, outstanding figures, scenic features, food culture and so on, so as to make adequate preparations for the speech of the next day. Not to be outdone, every student spoke with passion and made complete presentations.They not only explained the local geography and cultural characteristics, but also research the spirit of the people from Chaoshan.
From the research, they learned that the greatest characteristic of the people of Chaoshan is to repay the kindness they received, while Minnan people and Hakka people are industrious and thrift; they work hard and they never give up even in extreme difficulty; and they use their wisdom to enlarge their circle all over the world; Quanzhou people are famous for their profound tolerance. The feats of those people encouraged our students and inspired us to be better men. Standing in Xiamen university, our young students are full of reverie about the future university life. Standing by the sea and over looking Kinmen island, students were looking forward to the day when our country reunites. In short, The field study helped develop the students’ initiative, inspired their research thinking, and stimulated their crave for knowledge!

礪意志,鍛煉身體!為期七天的研學活動,每個景點都是徒步而行,每天的行程至少一萬步,最多的一次達兩萬步。沒有一位同學落下隊伍,沒有一位同學叫苦叫累。讓同學們在實踐中笑對困難,鍛煉身體,磨礪意志!
相互關心,增進友情!獨在異鄉(xiāng)為異客,相識便是至親人。游歷在外,除了老師和同學,一切都感到陌生。平時在學校的摩擦和隔閡,都化作了親切和問候,彼此關心支持,相互寬容諒解,增進了友情,增強了凝聚力。
中國民間自古以來,就非常重視游學對知識與人格養(yǎng)成的重要作用,走出家門去看世界是學習的重要環(huán)節(jié),與此次活動相似的游學早在春秋時便有記載——孔子攜弟子周游列國,它可以令人開闊眼界、增長學識,將“讀萬卷書”和“行萬里路”兩種學習方式在實景中聯(lián)結起來。一場旅行很快就結束了,但是抹不去的是它在孩子們心中留下的痕跡,和文化的親密接觸帶來了書本等無法給予的直接而生動感受,體驗當?shù)氐奈幕?,也可以和民眾溝通,思考文化與人的關系。每一段實踐,每一次出發(fā),都將是一份新的收獲。我們期待這一次研學,能讓每個孩子有不一樣的體驗,讓我們以研學之旅為起點,凝心聚力,共圓夢想!
For the purpose of forging the will and exercising the body, during the seven-day study program, every student is required to walk to the scenic spot, with a daily hike of at least 10,000 steps and a maximum of 20,000 steps. Not a classmate fell behind the line; neither a single student complained about the exhaustion. From time to time, we heard laughter and jokes from students;they exercised the body and cultivated their temperament.
The journey enhanced friendship between students since they concerned about each other and helped each other! Being a stranger in an unfamiliar place, teachers and classmates are the only people they can turn to or talk to. Friction and estrangement which used to occur in school have turned into friendly greetings, mutual care, and support. The mutual tolerance and understanding enhanced friendship and enhanced cohesion of the team.
Since ancient times, China has attached great importance to field study which plays an important role in obtaining knowledge and building good personality. looking at the outside world is an important part of the study, similar activity had been recorded early in the Spring and Autumn Period in ancient China when Confucius traveled around the world with his disciples; according to Confucius, it can help broaden their learning and growth, putting what you have learned or read into practice. A trip will soon come to an end, but what cannot be erased is the traces left in students’ hearts. Getting close contact with different cultures brings direct and vivid feelings that cannot be obtained from books. Besides experiencing the local culture, students can also communicate with people from other cultures and think about the relationship between culture and people. Every trip and every departure is going to present us with a precious gift. We expected that each student harvests the brand new experience from the journey; we expected that taking the study journey as a starting point, students will join their efforts and fulfill their dreams!
