精彩對(duì)決丨瑞得福國(guó)際學(xué)校橄欖球邀請(qǐng)賽回顧

這真是一場(chǎng)精彩、激烈的比賽！

RDF is proud to sport a new American-style football team this year. Like last year, American football was offered as an ECA activity once a week. Last year, just a handful of boys and a couple of girls enthusiastically embraced football despite having little to no experience throwing, catching, or kicking a football. They worked hard to develop these basic skills, and soon, they began to look like real football players. Word quickly spread that American football is not only a great way to get some exercise, but it’s also incredibly fun!

瑞得福國(guó)際學(xué)校今年組建了一只新的球隊(duì)——校橄欖球隊(duì)，這令所有隊(duì)員十分自豪!去年，橄欖球訓(xùn)練和比賽只是作為一項(xiàng)ECA課外活動(dòng)每周在校園內(nèi)舉行。去年的時(shí)候，只有少部分男生和女生喜愛橄欖球這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，盡管他們?nèi)狈ν稊S、攔截和開球的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，但是他們非常努力去學(xué)習(xí)這些基本技能。很快，他們看起來(lái)就像真正的橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員一樣了。橄欖球不僅是一種鍛煉身體的好方法，而且還非常有趣，這讓更多的同學(xué)想要加入其中!

This year, American football has been one of the most popular ECA activities. At times, as many as thirty students show up for practice. And so eager are these kids to become a legitimate team, that they often schedule an extra practice session once a week in the evening. Unlike last year when games were only played on an intramural level, this year, games have been organized with other teams throughout Shenzhen.

今年，橄欖球社成為了瑞得福國(guó)際學(xué)校最受歡迎的ECA(Extra Curricular Activiey校內(nèi)課后興趣活動(dòng))之一，有30多位同學(xué)加入進(jìn)來(lái)練習(xí)打橄欖球。這些孩子是如此渴望成為一支合格的橄欖球隊(duì)，以至于他們還經(jīng)常在晚上安排額外的訓(xùn)練課程。跟去年不一樣的是，瑞得福國(guó)際學(xué)校橄欖球隊(duì)不再只是在校內(nèi)開展活動(dòng)，他們還跟深圳其他學(xué)校的隊(duì)伍開展比賽。

Just this past Sunday on the 12th of January, RDF hosted its first-ever American football game, with more than twenty RDF boys arriving at school early in the afternoon to participate against another fledgling football program from Futian. They were as competitive and skilled as the Futian team. Because the game was close to the very finish, it was a very exciting and intense game.

就在剛剛過(guò)去的2020年1月12日周日，瑞得福國(guó)際學(xué)校主辦了第一場(chǎng)校際橄欖球比賽，二十多位隊(duì)員在下午早早的回到學(xué)校，參加與福田一所學(xué)校的比賽，他們與到訪的客隊(duì)一樣展現(xiàn)出了很強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和技術(shù)。比賽結(jié)果在臨近比賽結(jié)束時(shí)才見分曉，這真是一場(chǎng)精彩、激烈的比賽!
