這周回到學(xué)校后，孩子們都精力充沛，看起來也很適應(yīng)。有趣的是，我看到他們慢慢敞開心扉，比之前更有個(gè)性。這正是安全、有愛的校園環(huán)境帶來的積極影響，它鼓勵(lì)孩子們做自己，去冒險(xiǎn)，學(xué)會(huì)享受學(xué)習(xí)和一起玩耍?？吹竭@么多孩子和我們一起歡笑游戲，真的是太好了。

本周，我們還慶祝了另一個(gè)小成果，但卻具有里程碑意義的事情，那就是我們創(chuàng)校家委會(huì)的成立，我們還舉行了首次會(huì)議。謝謝你們所有愿意參與的人。這只是一個(gè)開始，與你們緊密合作會(huì)創(chuàng)造更多的價(jià)值，我很開心你們能積極參與會(huì)議討論。希望你們能度過一個(gè)美好的周末，希望回家后孩子們能與你們分享他們本周精彩的校園生活。

From Head of Pre-Prep

Mr. Astbury Head of Pre-Prep

After the National Day holiday, the children have come back to school full of energy and looking well settled. It is interesting to see them slowly opening up and showing their characters more than before the holiday. This is the beauty of a safe and caring environment, it encourages children to be themselves, to take risks and to begin enjoying their learning and playing together. It has been very good to see so many children now starting to laugh and joke with us.

This week we also celebrated another small step, but big milestone, which was the formation and initial meeting of our parent committee. Thank you to all of you who have offered to be part of this. It is just a start, but there are so many benefits of working closely with you all, it was a pleasure to share all your positivity at the meeting. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and that the children all share their stories about the happy week they have had.

課堂新聞

This Week's Class News

本周，K1-1開展了各種新的游戲教學(xué)活動(dòng)”。如，rice shaker“豆豆搖一搖”活動(dòng)和playdough movement“粘土動(dòng)起來”活動(dòng)，鍛煉了孩子們的手眼協(xié)調(diào)能力(hand-eye coordination)和雙邊協(xié)調(diào)能力(bi-lateral coordination)。孩子們能自主選擇感興趣的游戲，并嘗試自己解決問題。之中，孩子們總是樂于表達(dá)、分享與幫助他人，這也是他們?cè)谏缃磺楦邪l(fā)展方面不可或缺的一部分。

在每日雙語circle time中,我們帶領(lǐng)孩子們認(rèn)識(shí)了不同的動(dòng)物和相應(yīng)的季節(jié)，擴(kuò)展他們的語言能力。

我們非常欣能看到孩子們已經(jīng)適應(yīng)了班級(jí)日常，并在此建立歸屬感，與老師同學(xué)們展開交流，分享見聞，融入集體。
