又是一年開(kāi)學(xué)季，普林斯頓國(guó)際幼兒園迎來(lái)了開(kāi)心歸來(lái)的孩子們。為了保障新學(xué)期各項(xiàng)工作的順利開(kāi)展，為幼兒營(yíng)造一個(gè)干凈、整潔、安全的學(xué)習(xí)樂(lè)園，普林斯頓國(guó)際幼兒園的全體教職工已經(jīng)投入到開(kāi)學(xué)前的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備之中，確保開(kāi)學(xué)工作有條不紊。

Another semester has begun, and we are all happy to welcome back the children. In order to ensure a smooth transition and to create a clean, tidy and safe learning paradise for children, all the teachers of Princeton International Kindergarten have devoted themselves to preparations before the semester got underway.

安全管理一直是普林斯頓國(guó)際幼兒園管理工作的重中之重。從設(shè)施設(shè)備到人員崗位培訓(xùn)，從制定各項(xiàng)工作制度到崗位工作檢查，從撰寫應(yīng)急預(yù)案到實(shí)施應(yīng)急演練，從各部門實(shí)際工作落實(shí)到安全檔案建立，我們都力求把每一項(xiàng)工作認(rèn)認(rèn)真真、扎扎實(shí)實(shí)做好。

Safety management has always been our top concern at Princeton International Kindergarten. Our safety preparations before the semester began included facilities and equipment inspections, staff job training, formulating various work systems to job inspection, writing emergency plans, implementing emergency drills. We all strive to do each job conscientiously and meticulously. Our goal is to strengthen safety education and cultivate awareness between school and parents of the safety practices implemented at Princeton International Kindergarten.

Let's see what preparations we have made in terms of security at the beginning of the school year:

通過(guò)開(kāi)學(xué)初的“安全教育第一課”“安全常規(guī)第一課”，開(kāi)展幼兒的安全教育活動(dòng)。

The children all received safety training and reviewed classroom rules, as well as consequences for unsafe behavior.

在家長(zhǎng)會(huì)時(shí)呼吁家長(zhǎng)一同做好幼兒的安全工作，與家長(zhǎng)簽訂《安全責(zé)任書(shū)》，確保幼兒的健康成長(zhǎng)。Coordination with parents to educate about child safety and sign the "Safety Responsibility Letter" with parents to ensure the healthy growth of children.

思想上高度重視

開(kāi)學(xué)前的全體教職工會(huì)上，園長(zhǎng)首先帶領(lǐng)全園教職工對(duì)開(kāi)學(xué)安全工作作出了部署。并與全體教職員工再次復(fù)習(xí)安全制度，簽訂新學(xué)年各崗位《安全責(zé)任書(shū)》。

At the school faculty meeting, the Director first led the faculty and staff to deploy the security work to prepare for the start of the school. After all staff reviewed the safety policies, we signed the new school year post "Safety Responsibility Letter".

安全隱患全面排查

Comprehensive investigation of potential safety hazards.

通過(guò)全面的安全檢查工作，對(duì)幼兒園的重點(diǎn)部位(活動(dòng)室、戶外器械檢查，園內(nèi)設(shè)施檢查，消防設(shè)施，保安室，班級(jí)衛(wèi)生，食堂衛(wèi)生等)進(jìn)行全面排查，沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)重大安全隱患，妥善解決個(gè)別小問(wèn)題。Through comprehensive safety inspection, the key parts of kindergarten (activity room, outdoor equipment inspection, garden facilities inspection, fire fighting facilities, security room, class hygiene, canteen hygiene, etc.) were thoroughly investigated. No major potential safety hazards were found and individual minor problems were properly solved.

同時(shí)，后勤羅主任就全園的建筑與設(shè)施、園舍及周邊環(huán)境管理、消防及用電管理、食品衛(wèi)生及防設(shè)、周邊治安、出行交通安全等7大項(xiàng)目提出具體要求，并完善園所《安全隱患排查表》，落實(shí)到人。Director of Logistics Mrs. Luo put forward specific requirements on seven major projects of the park,including 1) construction and facilities,2) garden buildings and surrounding environment management,3) fire control and power management,4) food hygiene and protection,5) surrounding public security,6) travel and traffic safety,and 7) improved the "Safety Hidden Danger Checklist"of the park to implement it to staff members.

安保隊(duì)長(zhǎng)需每周一次大巡查，每天四次巡邏，行政人員也要以走到哪看到哪、走到哪摸到哪的方式，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題第一時(shí)間處理，全面保障師生安全。The security captain will to make a major inspection once a week and patrol four times a day.The administrators should also manage problems as soon as them find them,so as to ensure the safety of teachers and students in an all-round way.

層層落實(shí)，責(zé)任劃分

Layer-by-layer implementation and division of responsibilities.

在第一次全體教師會(huì)議中，強(qiáng)調(diào)安全的重要性，明確教師在安全教育中的責(zé)任和工作目標(biāo)。要求老師們從細(xì)節(jié)著手，為迎接幼兒入園做好充分的準(zhǔn)備。把安全教育滲透到每日生活中，提高幼兒的自我保護(hù)意識(shí)和自救能力。

In the first meeting of all teachers, the importance of safety was emphasized, and the responsibilities and objectives of teachers in safety education were clarified. Teachers are required to start with the details and make full preparations for children's admission to kindergartens. To infiltrate safety education into daily life and improve children's self-protection consciousness and self-rescue ability.

保育員會(huì)議召開(kāi)，要求與班級(jí)老師一起做好教室各項(xiàng)設(shè)施設(shè)備的檢查工作;強(qiáng)調(diào)用細(xì)心、耐心對(duì)待每一個(gè)孩子，尊重孩子的個(gè)體差異，注重開(kāi)學(xué)初的就餐安全、午睡安全，做好幼兒生活保障服務(wù)。

The meeting of nurses calls for the inspection of various facilities and equipment in the classroom with the class teachers. They stressed that every child should be treated with care and patience, respecting the individual differences of the children, and pay attention to the safety of meals and naps at the beginning of school.

食堂工作人員安全會(huì)議的召開(kāi)，學(xué)習(xí)(2019版)深圳市餐飲食品安全管理制度，要求食堂全體人員堅(jiān)決把好食品安全關(guān)，為孩子提供安全、營(yíng)養(yǎng)、科學(xué)的飲食。The canteen staff safety meeting was held to learn the (2019 edition) food safety management system of Shenzhen. All staff in the canteen were required to firmly ensure food safety and provide safe, nutritious and scientific food for children.

安保隊(duì)伍會(huì)議的召開(kāi)，分工明確，落實(shí)到位，為營(yíng)造安全校園服務(wù)。The security team meeting was held with a clear division of labor and in place to serve the construction of a safe campus.
