各位朋友，大家好。非常高興有這樣一次機會與大家交流分享。我是來自北京市新英才學校的執(zhí)行校長張萬瓊，我今天給大家分享的題目是“為學生打造多元立交橋式的發(fā)展路徑”。

北京市新英才學校位于北京市順義區(qū),它是一所集幼兒園、小學、初中、高中為一體的15年一貫制的國際化學校。我們學校是2008年建校，而今已經(jīng)有12年了。在第二個10年到來之際，我們學校推出了“愛創(chuàng)百年”的教育計劃，學校立志要辦一所影響世界的中國名校。我們要培養(yǎng)有世界擔當?shù)闹袊⒉?，在愛與創(chuàng)造教育主張之下，新英才形成了自己獨特的教育價值觀。

為了實施HISTREAM的課程體系，我們是以雙螺旋的課程模式進行，也就是半日分科和半日融合。分科會讓孩子們的學科基礎(chǔ)知識更加系統(tǒng)更加扎實，以適應考一流大學奠定基礎(chǔ)。融合課程主要是培養(yǎng)孩子們的創(chuàng)新能力，

Hello, everyone. I am very happy to have such an opportunity to share with you. I am Zhang Wanqiong, the executive principal of Beijing New Talent Academy. The topic I will share with you today. is “A Diversified Overpass for Students’Personalized Development”.

Beijing New Talent Academy is located in Shunyi District, Beijing. It is a 15-year consistent international school integrating kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school and high school. Our school was established in 2008, and it has been 12 years now. On the occasion of the coming of the second decade, our school launched an education plan of “Love and Creativity”, Our school is determined to establish a famous Chinese school that will influence the world.
