廣州市番禺區(qū)人民政府組織督導(dǎo)評(píng)估組組織督導(dǎo)評(píng)估組一行7人在番禺區(qū)教育局教研室主任黎耀威組長(zhǎng)、北片教育指導(dǎo)中心副主任盧志明副組長(zhǎng)和實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)屈可張副組長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下蒞臨廣州市番禺區(qū)諾德安達(dá)學(xué)校


12月2日上午,廣州市番禺區(qū)人民政府組織督導(dǎo)評(píng)估組組織督導(dǎo)評(píng)估組一行7人在番禺區(qū)教育局教研室主任黎耀威組長(zhǎng)、北片教育指導(dǎo)中心副主任盧志明副組長(zhǎng)和實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)屈可張副組長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下蒞臨廣州市番禺區(qū)諾德安達(dá)學(xué)校,對(duì)我校的義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)工作進(jìn)行督導(dǎo)評(píng)估。南村鎮(zhèn)教育指導(dǎo)中心陳蘭芬副主任等到場(chǎng)主持及巡視,并提出指導(dǎo)意見。

On the morning of December 2nd, a group of 7 people from Panyu District Organization Supervision and Evaluation Group, led by Mr. Li Yaowei, Mr. Lu Zhiming and Mr. Qu Kezhang, visited Nord Anglia School Guangzhou Panyu, to supervise and evaluate the construction of the standardized school for compulsory education in our school. Chen Lanfen, Deputy Director of the Nancun Education Guidance Center were present to preside over and inspect, and provide guidance.



專家組對(duì)照《評(píng)定細(xì)則》中的6項(xiàng)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和28項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo),認(rèn)真聽取了學(xué)校中方校長(zhǎng)楊琳琳女士的自評(píng)匯報(bào),楊校長(zhǎng)從學(xué)校概況、辦學(xué)理念、辦學(xué)特色、德育管理、教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、規(guī)范辦學(xué)、存在不足等幾個(gè)方面認(rèn)真細(xì)致、實(shí)事實(shí)事地對(duì)學(xué)校創(chuàng)校初期的各項(xiàng)工作進(jìn)行了全面評(píng)估,并說(shuō)明了自評(píng)達(dá)標(biāo)情況及未來(lái)努力方向。

The group of experts, in contrast to the six first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators in the Assessment Rules, listened carefully to the self-assessment report of Ms. Linlin Yang, the Chinese principal of the school, who carefully and factually assessed the initial work of the school from the aspects of school overview, school philosophy, school characteristics, moral education management, teachers' team building, standardized running of schools, as well as reflecting on shortcomings, and also explained the self-assessment of the achievement of standards and the direction of future efforts.



隨后,專家組一行在楊琳琳校長(zhǎng)、教育學(xué)監(jiān)理查德·斯萬(wàn)博士等人的陪同下查閱了我校在辦學(xué)條件、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、教育教學(xué)、學(xué)校管理等方面的檔案資料、實(shí)地察看了校園校舍、運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)館、實(shí)驗(yàn)室與各功能室,以及教育教學(xué)和生活等設(shè)施設(shè)備,并與我校部分教師進(jìn)行了座談,專家組還隨機(jī)進(jìn)入各個(gè)教學(xué)班的不同學(xué)科聽課,專家組對(duì)學(xué)校的軟、硬件設(shè)施、師資力量和辦學(xué)水平等方面進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的評(píng)估。

Subsequently, the group of experts, accompanied by National Principal Linlin Yang, International Principal Dr. Richard A. Swann and others, visited the campus facilities of our school and the school conditions and context, team building, education and teaching, school management and other archival materials, on-site inspection of campus buildings, sports venues, laboratories and functional rooms, as well as education, teaching and living facilities and equipment. They visited classes and observed teachers of our school, the group also entered the different subjects being taught in each class. The Group carried out a detailed assessment of the school's software and hardware facilities, teachers' strength and level of running the school.



最后,對(duì)照《廣東省義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和《廣東省義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校督查評(píng)估方案》要求,對(duì)我校整體情況進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真評(píng)估分析。


在評(píng)估反饋會(huì)上,由盧志明副組長(zhǎng)向?qū)W校管理團(tuán)隊(duì)反饋了對(duì)我校標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校評(píng)估的意見,充分肯定了我校的辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì)和創(chuàng)校成績(jī),包括多個(gè)亮點(diǎn)及特色,評(píng)估組專家一致認(rèn)為我校在辦學(xué)條件、學(xué)校管理、教育教學(xué)水平、辦學(xué)特色等方面達(dá)到了廣州市標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)我校在建校初期就能達(dá)到如此成果表示贊賞。

Finally, based on the information, data and information collected, the evaluation team made a careful assessment and analysis of the overall situation of our school against the requirements of the Standards for Standardized Schools for Compulsory Education in Guangdong Province and the Standard Schools For Compulsory Education in Guangdong Province. In the evaluation feedback meeting, by Lu Zhiming deputy group leader to the school management team feedback on the evaluation of our standardized school, fully affirmed the advantages of our school and the results of the school, including a number of bright spots and characteristics. Assessment team experts agreed that our school in the conditions of running a school, school management, education and teaching level, school characteristics, and all other aspects of the assessment, reached the standards of Guangzhou Standardized School. The Group appreciates that our school was able to achieve these results in such a short time.



同時(shí),黎耀威組長(zhǎng)就國(guó)家課程規(guī)劃、德育工作實(shí)施、教師團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、常規(guī)課堂質(zhì)量等方面提出了中肯的建議,并希望我校能在現(xiàn)有優(yōu)質(zhì)辦學(xué)條件基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提升辦學(xué)品質(zhì),優(yōu)化培育氛圍,提升中外教師的融合與互補(bǔ)的效益,為學(xué)校日后辦成一所文化氣息更濃郁,育人環(huán)境更優(yōu)雅,效益特色更彰顯的雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校,成為番禺區(qū)民辦學(xué)校的國(guó)際化辦學(xué)標(biāo)桿。

At the same time, in the national curriculum planning, moral education work implementation, teacher team building, regular classroom quality and so on, the group leader Yaowei Li put forward a proposal for our focus. He hopes that our school can, on the basis of the existing high-quality conditions for running schools, continue to improve the quality of running the school, optimize the cultivation atmosphere, enhance the integration and the complementary benefits of Chinese and foreign teachers. He also expressed the hope for the school to continue to build more cultural atmosphere, more elegant environment, more effective characteristics of the bilingual school, and to become the international standard of private schools in Panyu District.



學(xué)校管理層在反饋會(huì)后,真誠(chéng)感謝了評(píng)估工作組各位督學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)??陀^、公正、中肯的評(píng)估。


廣州市番禺區(qū)諾德安達(dá)學(xué)校也將以這次評(píng)估達(dá)標(biāo)作為起點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持學(xué)校辦學(xué)理念和辦學(xué)目標(biāo),務(wù)實(shí)精進(jìn),把專家們對(duì)我校的建議和期待轉(zhuǎn)化成前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力,安達(dá)勵(lì)志,志在高遠(yuǎn)!

After the feedback meeting, the school management sincerely thanked the evaluation team inspectors for their objective, fair and focused assessment of the school.
