敬愛(ài)的老師,親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們:
大家好,我是來(lái)自703班的武庭瑜。今天我在國(guó)旗下演講的主題是:勤于反思,砥礪前行。
十一月,天氣逐漸轉(zhuǎn)涼,華外分別迎來(lái)期中考和體育節(jié),一下子成了華外學(xué)子們最關(guān)注的事情,口中必不可少的話(huà)題。首先是期中考,在拿到自己的成績(jī)后,同學(xué)們有的可能因自己的進(jìn)步而欣喜,有的可能為自己的失利而懊惱。不管結(jié)果如何,分?jǐn)?shù)高低,排名前后,我們都應(yīng)該用一個(gè)平常的心態(tài)去面對(duì),對(duì)本次考試進(jìn)行嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆此?、分析和總結(jié)??嫉煤玫耐瑢W(xué)繼續(xù)保持,不因成績(jī)一時(shí)的優(yōu)秀而沾沾自喜,從而放松了對(duì)自己學(xué)習(xí)上的要求;發(fā)揮失常的同學(xué)不要?dú)怵H,根據(jù)各科成績(jī)找到自己的缺陷,制定相應(yīng)的“扶貧”計(jì)劃,同時(shí)調(diào)整心態(tài),要有端正的態(tài)度,尤其不能給自己消極的心理暗示。
然后是體育節(jié)。相信大家都或多或少地參與了開(kāi)幕式表演和不同的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。不管是個(gè)人的還是團(tuán)體的項(xiàng)目,取得的成績(jī)總是有人歡喜有人憂(yōu)。在賽場(chǎng)上,必然有輸贏,贏的一方應(yīng)做到不驕傲,不去大肆宣揚(yáng),尊重對(duì)手,展現(xiàn)出贏者應(yīng)有的風(fēng)范;輸?shù)囊环叫璺牌叫膽B(tài),認(rèn)真反思。不違背體育精神,即使失利也不會(huì)因此產(chǎn)生負(fù)面、消極的想法。轉(zhuǎn)眼間,兩個(gè)重要的事件成為了過(guò)去,如同火車(chē)窗外的風(fēng)景,稍縱即逝。我們現(xiàn)在所要做的,就是將視線(xiàn)從 “風(fēng)景”轉(zhuǎn)移到當(dāng)下,收心投入學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中,反思自己在期中考中的不足,結(jié)合自己的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃與目標(biāo),努力在之后做得更好!

Hello, I'm Wu Tingyu from class 703. Today, the theme of my speech under the national flag is: be diligent in reflection and forge ahead. In November, the weather gradually became colder, and the mid-term examination and sports festival were held respectively. All of a sudden, These become the most concerned and indispensable topics of the students in FLS. The first is the midterm examination. After getting their own results, some students may be happy with their progress, and some may be upset about their failure. No matter how the result is, whether the score is high or low, before and after ranking, we should face it with an ordinary mentality, and make a rigorous reflection, analysis and summary of this examination. The students who have done well in the examination will continue to keep on, and will not be complacent because of their outstanding performance, thus relaxing the requirements for their own study; the students with abnormal performance should not be discouraged, They should find their own defects according to the results of the examinations, make improvement on the performance of the subjects failed, make adjustments on their feelings, hold a correct attitude, and especially can not give negative psychological hints to themselves.
Then there is the sports day. I believe that everyone participated either in the performances of opening ceremony or in different sports events. Among the participants whether in an individual or a group events, some are happy with their winnings , others are upset about their losses. The winner should not be proud of himself/herself, and do not violate the spirit of sports, even if the failure will not produce negative, negative ideas. In the twinkling of an eye, two important events become the past, just like the scenery outside the train window, fleeting. What we need to do now is to shift our attention from "scenery" to the present, focus on learning, reflect on our shortcomings in the midterm exam, and work hard to do better in the future based on our learning plan.
