亞加達(dá)國(guó)際預(yù)科AIC“每周之星”活動(dòng)

亞加達(dá)國(guó)際預(yù)科是一所集國(guó)際高中與大學(xué)預(yù)科于一體的IB國(guó)際學(xué)校。通過(guò)提供國(guó)際認(rèn)可的IBDP課程，將國(guó)際教育融入于中國(guó)文化的土壤，打造一個(gè)多文化的，以學(xué)生為中心的學(xué)習(xí)者社區(qū)。

Wanting to celebrate the positive and enthusiastic learners in our school, Jacqueline, our Coordinator of Student Affairs has created a new AIC tradition: “Stars of the Week”. Each day, Jacqueline gets nominations from our Faculty of a variety of students who are putting extra effort into their studies, or who are role models for others when it comes to behaviour and showing caring and respect for others.

為了營(yíng)造積極主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，我們的學(xué)生事務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)員Jacqueline創(chuàng)建了一項(xiàng)AIC新傳統(tǒng)：為優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生授予“每周之星”的稱(chēng)號(hào)。Jacqueline每天都會(huì)從教職工處獲得“每周之星”的學(xué)生提名。努力學(xué)習(xí)，關(guān)愛(ài)他人、尊重他人，為他人樹(shù)立榜樣的學(xué)生都可以成為其中一員。

These “Stars” get a visit from Jacqueline in their Period 5 classroom for an early release to lunch time. On their way to the canteen, they get the VIP treatment: a ride in the elevator, recognitions from other faculty, a first chance at the “Special lunchtime dish”, and our star-students get told why they’ve been chosen, and by which teacher. Student reactions have ranged from shock to happiness when they have learned that they are “Stars”.

Jacqueline在每天第五節(jié)課會(huì)移步到教室，讓獲得“每周之星”稱(chēng)號(hào)的學(xué)生提前到飯?zhí)孟碛梦绮?。在前往食堂的路上，學(xué)生可以享受VIP待遇：乘坐電梯，得到老師的認(rèn)可，首先品嘗“特別的午餐”，以及我們會(huì)告知學(xué)生他們當(dāng)選“一周之星”的理由以及老師對(duì)他們的評(píng)語(yǔ)。當(dāng)學(xué)生得知自己是“每周之星”時(shí)，有些表現(xiàn)得震驚，有些則感到興奮。

Here’s hoping that this tradition will continue to gain momentum, and we can celebrate more and more students each day!

希望這一傳統(tǒng)能夠得到延續(xù)，并期待每天有越來(lái)越多的“每周之星”!
