進(jìn)入三月中后，隨著疫情的好轉(zhuǎn)，相信很多家長(zhǎng)都在為自己的孩子挑選心儀的學(xué)校，很多家長(zhǎng)表示，在擇校方面，最關(guān)心的問(wèn)題便是學(xué)校的師資問(wèn)題，那么在本次開(kāi)放日中，我們邀請(qǐng)到了學(xué)校的六位老師來(lái)與您見(jiàn)面，并且分享雙語(yǔ)教育的理念以及教學(xué)中的趣事。

不僅如此，在介紹師資之余，我們還會(huì)為您在線展示學(xué)校的設(shè)施，師資以及校長(zhǎng)理念，讓你足不出戶，就可以了解到學(xué)校一切。

深圳諾德安達(dá)學(xué)校致力于老師的培養(yǎng)以及招聘

學(xué)校方面為了讓老師們能夠不斷精進(jìn)、提高教學(xué)水平，集團(tuán)給每個(gè)員工設(shè)立了“諾德安達(dá)大學(xué)”在線師訓(xùn)平臺(tái)，所有的老師們都必須要參加培訓(xùn)。若在新開(kāi)學(xué)校當(dāng)?shù)卣心祭蠋?，要求更高：“我們?huì)提高對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)貞?yīng)征老師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)晗薜臉?biāo)準(zhǔn)，以招募到最好的人選。

除了校內(nèi)的培訓(xùn)，還有校外更高規(guī)格的培訓(xùn)，每年，諾德安達(dá)教育集團(tuán)還會(huì)從旗下學(xué)校選拔百名優(yōu)秀的教師，向他們提供倫敦國(guó)王學(xué)院國(guó)際教育管理碩士課程的培訓(xùn)，幫助老師們不斷精進(jìn)、成長(zhǎng)，在保證了老師的穩(wěn)定性同時(shí)又提升老師個(gè)人的業(yè)務(wù)能力。

在諾德安達(dá)深圳校區(qū)，外教與中教比例達(dá)到了6：4，外教中英國(guó)占比12.5%，美國(guó)87.5%，碩士研究生以上占55%，老師經(jīng)驗(yàn)超過(guò)10年的占25% 。

中教持有國(guó)家教育部認(rèn)可的教師資格證，外教持有英國(guó)國(guó)家“合格教師資格”證(QTS)。

To help teachers develop and improve their teaching, the Nord Anglia Group has built an online training platform “Nord Anglia University” compulsory for all the employees. When recruiting locally for a new school, the standards are even higher: "Requirement for teaching experience of local teachers will be raised considerably in order to recruit the best of them.”

In addition to on-campus training, there are also more rigorous training off campus. Every year, Nord Anglia Group will select 100 outstanding teachers from its schools for the Masters of International Education Management Program at King's College London to help them develop and grow. These educational offerings help to retain the best teachers while helping them to them develop and maintain their professional skills.

At NAS Shenzhen, the ratio of foreign teachers to Chinese teachers is 6: 4. Of the foreign teachers, 12.5% are British and 87.5% are American. 55% of the teachers hold a master's degree or above, and 25% of the teacher has teaching experience of more than 10 years.

All the Chinese teachers are holders of Teacher Qualification Certificate recognized by the National Education Ministry, China, and the foreign teachers are certified by the Quality of Teaching Status (QTS). Many foreign teachers at NAS Shenzhen have been teaching in other Nord Anglia schools for many years, and are transferred to NAS Shenzhen through our internal transfer system.

Timothy Hainsworth-擁有近16年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的諾德安達(dá)教育集團(tuán)資深的茱莉亞表演藝術(shù)項(xiàng)目授課教師。

渡洋-語(yǔ)文老師，畢業(yè)于香港理工大學(xué)，獲得對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教育碩士學(xué)位超過(guò)6年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Matthew Laemmli-英語(yǔ)老師，畢業(yè)于英國(guó)白金漢宮學(xué)院并且獲得了碩士學(xué)位并且會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，西班牙語(yǔ)。同時(shí)Matthew 老師還精通地理以及歷史。

Martin Charters- STEAM老師，風(fēng)趣幽默，在中國(guó)以及海外的國(guó)際學(xué)校擁有超過(guò)25年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

王秀秀老師-英語(yǔ)教師及圖書管理教師擁有18年大學(xué)和國(guó)際學(xué)校教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

劉嘉璐老師-語(yǔ)文老師劉老師曾經(jīng)在香港和大陸執(zhí)教多年，對(duì)于IB-PYP課程的課程設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)有著豐富的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Timothy Hainsworth-Senior teacher of Juilliard performance Art (NAE Group), Timothy has over 16 years of teaching experience.

Dodo Du-Teacher of Chinese language, Dodo holds Master's Degree from the HongKong Polytechnic University. She has 6 years teaching experience.

Matthew Laemmli- Teacher of English language,Matthew holds the postgraduate certificate in Education from the University of Buckingham in England. Matthew can speak English,Spanish and Portuguese.He is also an expert in Geography and History

Martin Charters- Teacher of STEAM, Marty has more than 25 years teaching experience in international schools both in China and overseas.

Luna Wang- ELA Teacher & Teacher Librarian. She has over 18 years of teaching experiences in both university and international education.

Lulu Liu-Chinese teacher, Lulu has worked in HK and mainland China. she is a very talented teacher with rich IB primary years project experience.
